Important Things to Know

Pack your own chair and your face mask.
As you enter the ushers will direct you to a parking place. We will try to park those with handicapped stickers in one area if possible. Hold up your Handicapped Parking Tag so the usher can see it and can park you closer to the seating area/bathroom entrance.
If you wish to remain in your car for the service, just hold up a sign or tell the usher so you can be parked appropriately.
Musicians will be set up in the concrete seating area by the Rain Garden. Pastor and Summer will use a riser set up in front or to one side of the garden to increase visibility.
Because we are seating people in the SW area of the parking lot, we will not be using the painted stall lines…please know we have a parking plan and follow the usher’s direction.
Chairs will be kept on the asphalt. The ground is uneven and may be wet so we prefer that everyone stays on the pavement for the safety of all.
Bathrooms will be available for emergencies only. If you need the bathroom (or anything else), please turn on your flashers and an usher will attend to your needs as fast as possible.
The Communion Assistants will approach your car to deliver a bag with bulletins and individually packaged communion kits. These bags are being prepared with gloved hands and will be numbered as to the quantity of bulletins and communion kits inside for speedy delivery.
Summer will be providing a Children’s Message. If you have children in your car, we will hand out the children’s bulletins and supplies for the children’s activity as you park.
One person will visit your car with the Registration list to take attendance. We need to do this should a COVID-19 case be traced back to our gathering.
We will begin promptly at 9:00am. Plan to arrive by 8:45am to be parked and have time to setup your chair(s). Ushers can help carry chairs if needed.
The service will be brief, under 45 minutes.
Following the service, ushers will direct you to the exit. You will be directed to the far SE exit (past the dumpsters).
Your offering will be graciously accepted as you leave the parking lot. Ushers will hold out large buckets…one marked for CTK and the other marked Change for Change.
