Confirmation

Confirmation is a two-year program for students in 7th and 8th grades for understanding and exploring our faith in Jesus Christ. 

In baptism, parents, sponsors and the congregation made promises to fulfill responsibilities to nurture children in the Christian faith as we are empowered by the Holy Spirit. Confirmation is another step along that journey.

The program includes several components, including:

• Regular worship attendance
• Serving as acolyte in worship
• Service projects
• Other opportunities to serve during worship
• Parent and mentor support
