There is still music!

There are some safe distance opportunities to share your musical talent during this COVID-19 virus.
We are performing weekly musical events on Facebook and YouTube in addition to our
weekly worship service.

If you are interested, please contact Mark Gould (262-370-5570).

Music Ministry

Music ministry has had a long and significant role in the life of Chris the King.  Multiple choirs for children, youth, and adults along with the Royal Bells, with five octaves of bells and hand chimes, play a major role in the worship life of the congregation.  The three manual pipe organ is used for both worship and concert events.

  • Jubilate Singers, our children's choir, rehearse at 10:15am, after the 9am service, for 45 minutes throughout the school year, and typically perform at one worship service per month
  • The Royal Bells, our bell choir, rehearse on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
  • Sanctuary Choir, is our adult choir, rehearse on Wednesdays at 7pm

At present, we are rebuilding music traditions at CTK, with various wind and string instruments and a youth summer music camp.

Over 60 musicians of all ages play and sing to God's glory at our annual Lessons and Carols concert.  We have added more contemporary music to our worship fare with both evangelical and ecumenical resources.  We continue to believe in Martin Luther's conviction that "music makes the Word of God come alive."

You are invited to participate and contribute to music and arts at CTK.  Please contact  Mark Gould
(262-370-5570), Director of Music Ministries, for worship, fellowship, and artistic development opportunities.
